Tisdale Seeking Vendors for Physical Access Control System (PACS)

Tisdale Methodist Church (17507 US-160, Winfield, KS 67156) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, install, and maintain a Physical Access Control System (PACS) for our church and gymnasium facilities. 

The system will secure all perimeter entrances/exits, offices, classrooms, gymnasium doors, storage/mechanical rooms, kitchen, and other key areas using card readers and/or keypads, electronic locks, and a centralized management platform with audit logs, role-based access, remote administration, and integration with our existing Avigilon CCTV system. 

We request proposals to include line-item pricing per access point, hardware recommendations (with pros/cons and cost comparisons between card readers and keypads), a detailed project plan, training, warranty/support options, and adaptability to our mixed old/new construction.

 Vendors must have relevant experience (e.g., churches/schools), provide three comparable references, hold proper licensing/insurance, and conduct a mandatory site inspection before final submission.
